1. Can I return my item for exchange?

Yes, under certain terms and condition.

Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/ labels attached and receipt. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied.

Limited for 1 time exchange only. 

Kindly return to us in 5 working days from the date of receiving. 

CHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE  - The items are eligible for exchange as long as it has the same price, without additional payment needed, they are in perfect conditions and we have available stock in warehouse.

***SALE / PROMOTION ITEM(S) cannot be returned nor exchanged.***

***NO REFUND will be given for taxes, tariff,duties and excise charges for overseas order either for refunds or exchange.***

2. Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Return item charges needs to be bare by customer.

3. How do I return my item?

Follow the simple steps below to return your item(s):

Step 1. Contact our customer services

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact our customer services during the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on either phone/whatsapp or email as below:

Please provide the following information regarding your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

  • Name :
  • Order ID :
  • Date of your orders was placed, if applicable
  • Tracking number, if applicable
  • Briefly describe the problem you are experiencing; Change Color;Wrong item;Defective or damaged

Step 2. Details Verification

After verifying all the details, we will send you a confirmation email or whatsapp.

Step 3.Fill up the consignment notes via your desire courier and pack the box.

Mail us your parcel via traceable mode of postage.

Step 4. Get your items changed  within 7 working days of us receiving your parcel.
